Jack has a brand new co-owner!
We are proud to announce that
Wade Wickman of Monsoon Mastiffs
has signed on as Jack's new
co-owner. !!!
Jack, officially known as
American/International Champion
Erieside Gothic Yes Jack, is a
Group Winning and Multiple Group
placing dog and is in the best
shape of his life! Jack turned 7
years old May 19, 2008 and still
looks phenomenal. Jack will be
entered as a veteran dog only at
select shows in the future and
will be shown by one of his
co-owners.
At
over 7 years old, Jack is in
fabulous shape and energetic as
ever!! He is as gorgeous of a
guy as he ever has been. Jackman
is aging extremely well and
looks incredible!! In fact, he
hung out with the kids at a
friend's birthday party in
April. There were over 20 kids
there, along with many adults
and a big "bouncy-room", and
Jack had an awesome time!! Watch
for Jack in the veterans' class
at selected shows in the future.
Jack will continue to show-off
his attributes and personality
even more as a veteran!!
Jack has never been a
typical dog He is still an
immense dog with beautiful
structure, powerful movement, an
absolutely stunning head, and
most importantly, an outgoing
and sweet personality. According
to one of my father’s very good
friends who used to show one of
his German Shepherd Dogs, Dr.
George Budd (former president of St Cloud State University,
where I received my Bachelor’s
degree) called Jack
“Magnificent”. I completely
agree! As he always has
throughout his life, Jack is up
for anything and loves to go
places, see people, and visit. I
think he has more energy than I
have at times!
He never tires of meeting
people and being petted, talked
to, and having his picture
taken. He is such a ham and
still gets really excited when
he sees a camera!!

Jack is simply an amazing dog that words cannot adequately describe.
He is a large male Mastiff with an absolutely incredible head. Many people have commented
on how big and beautiful Jack's head is. He has a kindly and gentle expression, that is
correct in proportion with lovely wrinkle and gorgeous dark eyes. Jack makes eye contact
with everyone and he is always anxious to meet people and be petted.
 Jack's top-line is excellent and his length of
body is correct. His front angulation appropriately matches his rear angulation, which gives
him his clean, beautiful, effortless movement with stunning reach and drive.
Jack also has a lovely rear with nicely-developed muscles. Most importantly,
Jack is extremely playful and is always upbeat. He is always ready to go someplace and do things.
He has endless energy and enjoys whatever he is doing, whether it's playing with his friends,
going to Petsmart, participating in dog shows, or hanging around outside at Starbucks
.
Jack's nickname is "Jackpup", which I started calling him when he was 5 months old.
